About the Role
- SoulSteps is a premium travel company based in Dubai, creating boutique expeditions, luxury private journeys and corporate travel solutions.
- We're looking for our first Business Development Manager to help build the commercial engine of SoulSteps.
- This isn't a desk job; it's about opening doors, creating relationships, and turning conversations into long term clients.
What You'll Do
- Corporate Growth: Build relationships with companies across the UAE; Identify HR managers, Executive Assistants, Founders, Procurement Managers and decision makers; Generate meetings through networking, LinkedIn, calls, referrals and outreach; Present SoulSteps' Corporate Travel solutions; Convert p
- Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, luxury brands, real estate companies, wedding planners, private clubs, business councils, concierge services, lifestyle communities.
- Business Development: Attend networking events; Build long term relationships; Follow structured sales processes; Maintain CRM discipline; Collaborate with the founder on growth initiatives.
