About the Role
SoulSteps Expeditions is hiring a commercially driven Business Development & Sales Executive to bring in clients, build relationships, and generate revenue for premium experiential travel.

Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business for corporate retreats, team offsites, incentive trips, and leadership escapes
- Generate and close new business for boutique group trips for communities, creators, clubs, and special interest groups
- Generate and close new business for private family, friends, honeymoon, luxury, and custom travel experiences
- Prospect companies, HR teams, founders, executive assistants, community leaders, event agencies, concierge services, and high value private clients
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, partnerships, networking, and direct outreach
- Pitch SoulSteps as a premium experiential travel partner, not just a travel agency
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close
- Build repeat business and referral relationships with corporate clients and private customers
- Maintain a detailed CRM pipeline with clear follow ups, deal value, next steps, and probability of closure
- Work closely with the operations and creative team to turn client requirements into compelling travel concepts and proposals
- Achieve agreed monthly revenue, lead generation, meetings, and conversion targets
Requirements
- Strong experience in business development, B2B sales, luxury travel, hospitality, events, corporate services, lifestyle brands, or premium concierge services
- Can confidently approach decision makers instead of waiting for inbound leads
- Know how to sell high ticket experiences to people who need trust, clarity, and confidence before buying
- Are comfortable speaking with founders, HR managers, CEOs, executive assistants, event planners, and private clients
- Can create opportunities through relationships, persistence, and intelligent outreach
- Are excellent at follow up and know that most deals are won after the first conversation
- Can manage a sales pipeline independently and stay accountable to numbers
- Are persuasive without being aggressive
- Understand that premium clients are not looking for the cheapest option — they are looking for the right experience
