Role Overview

  • Seeking a results driven BD/Sales Executive with strong knowledge of fragrance oils and a proven track record acquiring private labelling clients, including niche perfume brands.
  • Drives new business while coordinating across departments for smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new private labelling customers — niche brands, retailers, entrepreneurs launching fragrance lines
  • Build sales pipeline via outreach, networking, trade shows
  • Present private label capabilities and fragrance oil portfolio; negotiate pricing, MOQs, contracts
  • Advise clients on fragrance selection using knowledge of concentrations (EDP/EDT/Parfum) and raw materials
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, Packaging, QC, Logistics) to keep projects on schedule
  • Manage client expectations, resolve delivery bottlenecks
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports/forecasts
