Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new private labelling customers — niche brands, retailers, entrepreneurs launching fragrance lines
- Build sales pipeline via outreach, networking, trade shows
- Present private label capabilities and fragrance oil portfolio; negotiate pricing, MOQs, contracts
- Advise clients on fragrance selection using knowledge of concentrations and raw materials
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, Packaging, QC, Logistics) to keep projects on schedule
- Manage client expectations, resolve delivery bottlenecks
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports/forecasts
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fragrance oils and concentrations (EDP/EDT/Parfum)
- Proven track record in acquiring private labelling clients, including niche perfume brands
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Ability to manage sales pipeline via outreach, networking, and trade shows
- Strong coordination skills to liaise between clients and internal teams
