Join CYGNVS as part of its inaugural Business Development Representative team and help define how the function operates.

The BDR is a quota-carrying, front-line role that converts marketing-generated interest into qualified sales opportunities.

The role supports inbound leads, events, direct mail responses, and outbound prospecting into target enterprise accounts.

Develop website inquiries, content downloads, and form fills into qualified sales-ready meetings.
Support event strategy before, during, and after events to maximize pipeline generation.
Convert responses to direct mail campaigns into qualified opportunities.
Own and consistently hit a monthly qualified-meeting goal.
Build pipeline through research and outbound outreach within the ideal customer profile.
Research target accounts and personas, primarily CISOs and security or risk leaders, to personalize outreach and qualify fit.
Log activity, lead status, and qualification notes accurately in CRM and sales engagement tools.
Partner with Sales and Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign feedback.
