Role Overview
The Business Development Representative grows construction equipment rental, sales, and related service business.
The role serves contractors, project managers, superintendents, procurement teams, industrial clients, and infrastructure owners.
Sales and Business Development
- Build new and existing customer relationships and execute territory plans for revenue and market-share growth.
- Prospect through site visits, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Assess jobsites and recommend equipment and service solutions.
- Negotiate agreements and prepare proposals, quotes, utilization plans, pre-qualifications, RFPs, and estimating support.
- Track opportunities, market trends, competitors, construction activity, forecasts, and customer needs.
