What you'll do
- Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Conduct discovery conversations and meet or exceed sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity targets.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers and compelling events, generate interest, and develop accounts.
- Use calls, email, social outreach, and Outreach.io across the assigned territory.
- Track and report activities and results in Salesforce.
- Document sales development processes and collaborate with Field, Corporate, and Digital Marketing.
- Attend regional marketing events to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Mentor new BDR hires and help refine strategies for measurable results.
