Position Overview

  • We are seeking an executive level, highly consultative Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our commercial growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is not a transactional sales role; it is a highly strategic, relationship driven advisory position.
  • The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between local Saudi enterprises and our international engineering teams. You will be responsible for identifying high value opportunities, navigating complex corporate procurement cycles, and consultative selling of custom technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Market Penetration & Pipeline Generation

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, target, and qualify high value B2B opportunities within key growth sectors (e.g., Logistics, Retail/E commerce, Healthcare, and Real Estate) across the Kingdom.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain long term, trust based relationships with C level executives, Founders, CTOs, and IT Directors.
  • Representing the Brand: Act as the primary on the ground brand ambassador for Quorix Digital at local tech conferences, networking events, and client sites.

Consultative Selling & Solutioning

  • Requirement Discovery: Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to diagnose client pain points, business objectives, and technical bottlenecks.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our UK based Solutions Architects and Project Managers to translate client business needs into robust technical scopes, statements of work (SOW), and project estimates.
  • Proposal Delivery: Deliver compelling technical presentations and commercial proposals to steering committees and executive boards.

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Deal Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiation phases, addressing commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and project milestones.
  • Procurement Navigation: Manage the end to end client onboarding and corporate procurement processes in compliance with local Saudi business regulations.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven track record in B2B technology sales, SaaS, IT consulting, or digital agency business development within the GCC region (Saudi Arabian market experience is highly prioritized).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of modern software engineering paradigms (including API integrations, cloud native architecture, custom CRM/ERP development, and web/mobile frameworks).
  • Dual fluency in written and spoken professional Arabic and English is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable presenting and negotiating in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driver’s license and independent access to a vehicle for frequent local client travel.
  • For expatriates, a fully transferable Iqama is required.
