Purpose of the Role
Build genuine, lasting relationships and a quality pipeline for Signature Associates across the KSA market.
Focus on SMEs, corporates without in-house HR expertise, and project-based HR opportunities.
Own relationship building from initial outreach through qualified handover to senior management.
Closing, proposals, and contract negotiation remain with senior management.
Relationship Building and Lead Generation
- Conduct thoughtful outreach by phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to KSA decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach in Arabic and English as appropriate to the prospect.
- Research prospects before networking events and build rapport with selected attendees.
- Nurture webinar and hosted-event attendees through thoughtful follow-up within 24–48 hours.
- Develop relationships through business councils, chambers of commerce, and LinkedIn referrals.
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate contact records, pipeline stages, and follow-up scheduling in HubSpot CRM.
- Log all calls, emails, and meetings on the same day.
