About the Role
Syncro is hiring a BDR to drive high-quality pipeline for the sales team by targeting IT departments at growing mid-market companies. You will own outbound execution across target accounts, using multi-channel outreach to secure qualified meetings.

Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts using a structured, account based approach
- Execute multi channel outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn through Outreach sequences
- Book qualified meetings and demos that translate into pipeline and revenue
- Apply ANT qualification across target accounts and capture notes in Salesforce
- Partner with AEs to prioritize accounts and refine messaging
- Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
Requirements
- 2 3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling)
- Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious about technology and how IT teams work
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to test new approaches

What You’ll Do

Must Have Skills
- 2–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or IT buyers.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication; concise, clear, and punchy in prospect engagements.
- Curious about technology and how IT teams work.
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to test new approaches and iterate quickly.
