Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria and hand off sales ready opportunities to Account Executives
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the closing team and hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets
- Revive dormant accounts, stalled opportunities, and historical pipeline left on the table
- Identify decision makers, map stakeholders, and build target account lists
- Log every activity, keep data clean, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in CRM
Requirements
- Arabic + English (professional level minimum)
- 1–3 years in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role (SDR/BDR experience preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and high activity volume
- Some exposure to the Saudi market (KSA) and its business culture
- Organized, with disciplined follow up and CRM habits
- Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate)

What You Will Own
- Outbound prospecting: daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to target accounts.
- Lead qualification: qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria and hand off sales ready opportunities to Account Executives.

- Account reactivation & pipeline mining: revive dormant accounts, stalled opportunities, and historical pipeline left on the table.
- Account mapping & research: identify decision makers, map stakeholders, and build target account lists.
- CRM discipline: log every activity, keep data clean, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
- Growth track: consistent target attainment opens the path toward an Account Executive role.
Requirements (Non Negotiable)
