What You Will Own

  • Outbound prospecting: daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to target accounts.
  • Lead qualification: qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria and hand off sales ready opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Meeting generation: book qualified discovery meetings for the closing team and hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets.
  • Account reactivation & pipeline mining: revive dormant accounts, stalled opportunities, and historical pipeline left on the table.
  • Account mapping & research: identify decision makers, map stakeholders, and build target account lists.
  • CRM discipline: log every activity, keep data clean, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
  • Growth track: consistent target attainment opens the path toward an Account Executive role.

Requirements (Non Negotiable)

  • Arabic + English (professional level minimum).
  • 1–3 years in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and high activity volume.
  • Some exposure to the Saudi market (KSA) and its business culture.
  • Organized, with disciplined follow up and CRM habits.
  • Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate).
