Job Purpose

  • The Business Development Representative aims to achieve the company’s growth and expansion by analyzing the market, developing new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market studies and analyze trends and competitors to identify growth and expansion opportunities. Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase the company's market share.
  • Relationship Building and Partnership Management: Build and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners. Manage and develop strategic partnerships to achieve shared goals.
  • Business Opportunities and Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities and work to convert them into successful contracts and projects. Coordinate negotiation and sales processes to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate and manage the company’s development and expansion, including strategic planning and ensuring effective execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and results.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Use data and analytics to make evidence based strategic decisions. Evaluate business performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose necessary improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and business partners and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, business development, and strategic partnership management. Knowledge of relevant industries, market analysis, and economic trends.
