About the Role
Floarea, a luxury floral boutique in Dubai, is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative to build and convert a corporate pipeline across gifting, events, and floral subscriptions.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating leads across corporate, hospitality, real estate, and events sectors
- Managing the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
- Building and nurturing long term relationships with corporate clients, PAs, event managers, and procurement teams
- Collaborating with our creative team to develop tailored proposals for gifting and event briefs
- Hitting monthly revenue targets and contributing to Floarea's B2B growth strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in florals, gifting, events, or luxury hospitality
- A natural relationship builder who can open doors and close deals
- Confident communicator — in person, on the phone, and over email
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage
- Based in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is a strong plus
