Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage promising crypto projects and dApps for potential partnership, integration, or collaboration on BNB Chain
- Leverage existing relationships with developer communities, crypto institutions, and exchanges in the Americas to source and accelerate deal flow
- Conduct thorough reviews and due diligence of L1/L2 blockchain projects assessing technical, market, and team aspects
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand BNB Chain's presence in the Americas crypto market
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and ecosystem development to align partnership opportunities
- Represent BNB Chain at industry events, conferences, and community forums to build brand awareness
- Negotiate partnership terms and facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new projects onto BNB Chain
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business development efforts
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of DeFi with focus on growing looping strategies and RWAs
- Deep connections with lending/borrowing platforms, stablecoins, curators and yield bearing assets
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry with hands on experience on L1/L2 blockchain projects
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or ecosystem development within crypto, particularly with dApps
- Strong ability to evaluate technical and business aspects of crypto projects, including smart contracts, tokenomics, and governance models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about blockchain technology, decentralization, and innovation
- Business proficiency in Mandarin

- We are supporting BNB Chain in hiring an experienced and well connected Business Development Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth across the crypto space.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience evaluating crypto projects, particularly dApps, as well as an established network across developer communities, leading crypto institutions, and exchanges throughout the Americas.
