Join Impetus Consultancy under Impetus Executive Group as a Business Development Representative on its remote sales team.
Generate B2B sales opportunities across multiple projects and industries by building initial trust and interest with prospects.
Schedule qualified meetings and hand prospects to client sales teams once interest is confirmed.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to decision-makers in target companies.
- Pitch client products and services across different industries.
- Identify needs, handle objections, and nurture prospects until they are ready for a sales conversation.
- Book qualified meetings and ensure timely handoff to client sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead statuses, and meeting outcomes.
- Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged and moving through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project goals and messaging strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
