About Us

We are a fast-growing, UAE-based technology consultancy specializing in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

We help laboratories and healthcare facilities across the Middle East digitize their workflows, ensure strict data compliance, and optimize their daily operations.

We are currently in an aggressive scaling phase, with plans to significantly expand our team and revenue this year.

We are looking for a hungry, relentless Business Development Representative to act as the tip of the spear for our outbound sales engine.

If you want to work directly with our UAE leadership, pitch high-ticket tech solutions to enterprise clients, and earn uncapped commissions based on your results, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do (Day-To-Day Responsibilities)

  • **Outbound Prospecting:**
  • Execute high-volume cold outreach campaigns (50+ touchpoints per day) via phone, LinkedIn, and email to target accounts across the GCC.
  • **Identify Decision-Makers:**
  • Research and map out target organizations to find the right stakeholders (Lab Directors, IT Heads, Quality Managers, and Healthcare Administrators).
  • **Qualify Leads:**
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their data management bottlenecks and qualify them using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework.
  • **Drive Pipeline:**
  • Your primary metric is securing highly qualified discovery meetings for our Solutions Architect.
  • **CRM Management:**
  • Maintain impeccable records of all outreach, prospect feedback, and lead statuses in Zoho CRM.
  • **Market Feedback:**
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the market, passing valuable insights on competitor systems and customer pain points back to the leadership team.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (Experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, or Healthcare IT is a massive advantage).
  • **Exceptional Communication:**
  • Flawless written and spoken English.
  • You must be completely comfortable and confident cold-calling executive-level stakeholders in the Middle East.
  • **Tech-Savvy:**
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Zoho CRM, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP calling software).
  • **Resilience:**
  • A thick skin and a self-starter mentality.
  • You understand that "no" is just a step closer to a "yes."
  • **Workspace Setup:**
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
