The Role

You'll be the tip of our spear for new business — researching target accounts, running multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls), engaging senior IT, CX, and business stakeholders, and booking qualified discovery meetings for the team to close.

This is a

hunter

role, not a farmer role.

You'll work closely with the CEO, sit in on enterprise pitches, and build a real foundation for a sales career in enterprise SaaS.

Outbound Prospecting

— Research and engage decision-makers (CIO, COO, CTO, Head of CX, Head of Contact Center) across our target verticals in UAE and GCC.

Multi-Channel Outreach

— Run structured LinkedIn, email, and phone cadences.

Personalize at scale.

Get past gatekeepers.

Discovery & Qualification

— Hold initial discovery conversations.

Understand pain points around customer experience, contact center modernization, and unified communications.

Qualify against ICP and BANT.

Meeting Booking

— Convert qualified conversations into booked discovery meetings with senior sales — your primary KPI.

Pipeline Collaboration

— Work hand-in-glove with the CEO on account strategy, proposal handoffs, and deal momentum.

Crm Discipline

— Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Report weekly on activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Continuous Learning

— Build deep fluency in Contact Center, AI agents, copilots, Unified Communication, CCaaS/UCaaS, Social Platforms, Omnichannel, and the broader tech stack.

What We'Re Looking For

1–3 years of B2B outbound experience

— ideally in SaaS, telecom, UCaaS/CCaaS, or enterprise IT.

Proven track record

of booking qualified meetings into mid-market or enterprise accounts.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Arabic is a strong plus.

Technical curiosity

— you can credibly converse about cloud, AI, contact centers, and integrations.

LinkedIn fluency

— Sales Navigator, social selling, personalized outreach.

CRM & cadence tools

— Hands-on with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.

Uae-Based

with valid right to work, driving license

Coachable, gritty, and commercially sharp

— you take feedback well, you bounce back from rejection, and you instinctively think about the buyer's business.

Bonus Points For

🎁 Experience selling Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Yeastar, Grandstream or similar UC/CC platforms.

🎁 Existing network in UAE/GCC enterprise IT or CX functions.

🎁 Exposure to hospitality, BFSI, real estate or healthcare verticals.

🎁 Familiarity with consultative or solution-selling methodologies.
