Business Development Representative

· Drive consistent outbound prospecting and partner development (fractional CFOs, banks, law firms, PE/VC firms, and other referral sources).

· Conduct CEO/CFO-level discovery and multi-stakeholder selling.

· Maintain at least 3× qualified pipeline coverage.

· Ensure clean handoff artifacts (scope, assumptions, data checklist, risks, and timeline) before SOW execution.

· Maintain strong CRM hygiene and weekly forecast submissions.

· Collaborate with Finance on collection milestones.

· 5-8+ years in new-logo business development in professional services

· Multi-stakeholder selling experience

· Proven partner-channel wins

· Financial fluency (pricing, value-based selling)

· Strong CRM/process discipline

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work with a dynamic team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment

· Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 base

· OTE: $183k - $217K

· Upside: $240k - $300k (120% - 150% of OTE)
