- Drive revenue by promoting group fitness memberships, packages, and beauty salon services to both new and existing clients
- Proactively follow up on leads, answer phone/social media inquiries, and convert walk ins into loyal clients
- Efficiently manage the appointment software for both the fitness studio (group classes) and the beauty salon services
- Handle check ins, process payments, and maintain a pristine, organized front desk area
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reception, customer service, or front of house sales role
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or beauty industry is a major plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural knack for sales and upselling
- Highly organized, energetic, and passionate about the health, fitness, and beauty industry
- Comfortable using booking software, POS systems, and basic social media/messaging tools
