- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with host partners and key decision makers

- Lead partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding processes (including agreements)
- Represent RMC Asia professionally in external engagements
- Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth partner experience and maintain accurate activity tracking
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or hospitality
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Proactive, organized, and target oriented with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for outreach
- International or hospitality industry exposure is a plus

Position Overview
