Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard clinics, dermatologists, cosmetologists and aesthetic practitioners on the platform
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clinic and practitioner partnerships
- Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations to close partnerships
- Understand clinic offerings, treatments, pricing and positioning to create win win partnerships
- Educate and onboard practitioners on the platform, tools and growth opportunities
- Maintain CRM, reports and partnership pipelines with accurate follow ups
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive clinic growth and retention
Requirements
- 2 3+ years of experience in BD / Sales in clinics, dermatology, cosmetology or aesthetics industry
- Strong network of clinics, practitioners and industry stakeholders in UAE (preferred)
- Good understanding of modern skin treatments, peptides, injectables, Botox, fillers, lasers and aesthetic procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic / Farsi (Persian) is preferred
- Self starter, results driven and comfortable in a high performance, fast paced environment

Role Description
- This is a contract position for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, working in a hybrid capacity located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some remote work.
