ZAPS Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development & Partnerships Executive in Dubai to identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors. The role involves building relationships, managing a pipeline of leads, and coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
- Manage a pipeline of leads and coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare presentations and pitches, attend client and partner meetings
- Track performance against sales and partnership targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for onboarding and account growth
Requirements
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business acumen and understanding of commercial models
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience in loyalty, fintech, travel, telecom, or related sectors is an advantage
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities
