Role Description

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, prepare presentations and pitches.
  • Attend client and partner meetings and track performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for onboarding and account growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong Business acumen and understanding of commercial models.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Experience in loyalty, fintech, travel, telecom, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities.
