Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective partners in studio, hospitality, corporate wellness, and luxury residential sectors
- Build relationships with founders, decision makers, and procurement teams
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and present commercial offerings
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities

Role Overview
- You are responsible for expanding ninjoo's commercial presence by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities into long term partnerships.
- Your primary focus will be the studio, hospitality, corporate wellness and luxury residential sectors, helping position ninjoo as the region's leading destination for premium fitness and wellness brands.
- This is a field based commercial role. Success comes from building relationships, creating opportunities and consistently developing a strong pipeline of future business.
- You will spend much of your time meeting customers, visiting prospective partners and representing the ninjoo brand in the market.
Studio Partnerships
- Target customers: Pilates studios, Yoga studios, Boutique fitness studios, Personal training facilities, Wellness centres, Physiotherapy clinics.
- Identify and qualify prospective partners.
- Build relationships with founders and decision makers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Present ninjoo's portfolio and commercial offering.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.
- Follow opportunities through to closing.
- Develop long term relationships that generate repeat business.
Hospitality & Luxury Projects
- Target customers: Luxury hotels, Resorts, Branded residences, Serviced apartments, Private members' clubs, Property developers, Interior designers, Architects, Wellness consultants.
- Identify new hotel and residential projects.
- Develop relationships with procurement teams, operators and consultants.
- Present tailored wellness solutions.
- Coordinate proposals with internal teams.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through completion.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Corporate Wellness
- Identify companies investing in employee wellbeing.
- Build relationships with HR, procurement and wellness teams.
- Present tailored corporate wellness solutions.
- Generate recurring B2B business opportunities.
Business Development
- Prospect new opportunities every day.
- Generate qualified leads through research, networking and referrals.
- Schedule meetings and presentations.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM.
- Record every customer interaction.
- Follow up consistently until opportunities are won or lost.
- Keep management informed of pipeline progress and forecasts.
Account Development
- Maintain regular contact with customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases.
- Introduce new brands and product launches.
- Expand existing accounts.
- Become the trusted commercial partner for your customers.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Identify new studio openings and hospitality developments.
- Track luxury residential and wellness projects.
