Company Overview

  • Speedia Sports Academy is one of Qatar’s leading swimming academies, providing high quality swimming programs for children and adults.
  • We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Partnerships Executive to help expand our corporate network and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies.
  • Build partnerships with schools, companies, hotels, clubs, and organizations.
  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for academy events and programs.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long term clients.
  • Prepare professional proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Represent the academy in meetings and networking events.
  • Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Qatar market is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid Qatari Driving License is preferred.
