Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies
- Build partnerships with schools, companies, hotels, clubs, and organizations
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for academy events and programs
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long term clients
- Prepare professional proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Represent the academy in meetings and networking events
- Achieve monthly business development targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Qatar market is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid Qatari Driving License is preferred
