Role Description
The Business Development & Partnership Manager is a full-time, remote role.
The role expands and nurtures strategic relationships that help grow The Product Tree community.
The role targets companies, educational institutions, and product communities as potential partners.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partners.
- Initiate and manage outreach.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership proposals.
- Coordinate collaborative initiatives, events, sponsorships, and content partnerships.
- Prospect leads, conduct meetings, negotiate agreements, and track partnership performance.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Support community growth campaigns and represent The Product Tree at virtual events.
- Gather feedback to refine the partnership strategy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate business development and partnership skills, including prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Have marketing and community growth skills, including stakeholder outreach, campaign coordination, and audience engagement.
- Demonstrate strategic planning and analytical skills, including opportunity assessment, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.
