Role Description
- We're looking for a Business Development Partner to help us reach more decision makers across the region. This is a commission only role with strong earning potential.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach mid market companies in the UAE/GCC needing BI, Analytics, or Training services.
- Set up qualified discovery meetings between prospects and the founder.
- Help close deals across three service lines: Dashboard projects, Training programs, and Managed BI retainers.
- Maintain the relationship through to first payment.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (consulting, training, or professional services preferred).
- Comfortable approaching CFOs, Heads of Finance, IT Directors, and Operations leaders.
- UAE/GCC based with an existing professional network.
- Self driven, organized, and able to work independently.

What you'll earn
- 25% commission on first deal training contracts.
- 20% commission on consulting and dashboard project deals.
- 10% commission on any follow on or repeat business within 12 months.
- Payouts: 25% on signed contract, 75% on client payment received.
- Realistic earnings: a single mid sized consulting deal closes at AED 10,000–30,000 — your share AED 3,000–10,000 per deal.
