Role Description

  • The Business Development Partner (Freelance / Commission Based) UAE & KSA will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting healthcare organisations into long term clients for Veridion & Partners. This full time remote role involves prospecting hospitals, clinics, health tech companies, and well

Day to day Responsibilities

  • Managing a personal sales pipeline
  • Conducting discovery calls
  • Preparing proposals
  • Coordinating with internal consultants on client scope
  • Following up to close deals and expand existing accounts
  • Providing market feedback
  • Contributing to refining service offerings
  • Collaborating on project handovers to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing in B2B or healthcare services environments.
  • Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to diagnose client growth challenges and shape solutions that integrate marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Leadership Development and Training capabilities to influence client teams, support behavioral change, and drive better conversion practices.
  • Project Management skills to coordinate multi stakeholder engagements, manage timelines, and oversee smooth handover from sales to delivery.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or related industries in the GCC is highly beneficial, particularly in UAE and KSA markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in commission based or performance driven roles, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

What we are looking for

  • Existing network within healthcare, medical, or SME sectors in the UAE and/or KSA
  • 2+ years in business development, sales, medical sales, or consultative selling healthcare exposure strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and autonomously on a performance basis
  • Strong communication skills; English essential, Arabic a significant advantage (especially for KSA)
  • Understanding of the regional healthcare landscape and how clinics make purchasing decisions
  • Valid residency in UAE or KSA preferred; freelancers with trade licences welcome
