Role Overview
Evoltec Solutions is seeking Business Development Partners to promote and sell AI-powered Real Estate ERP solutions across the GCC.
The opportunity targets professionals with experience selling enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, PropTech, or technology solutions to the real estate industry.
The role is performance-based and focused on generating business and closing high-value software sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector.
- Develop relationships with developers, property managers, facility management companies, investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified opportunities and arrange product demonstrations.
- Present the value of the AI-powered Real Estate ERP platform.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and support contract closures.
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- Proven business development or software sales experience is required.
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, PropTech, CRM, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
- A strong real estate industry network is highly desirable.
