- Work on a commission only basis with payment tied to cash collected
Requirements
- Access to companies running or planning org design, workforce restructuring, KPI overhauls, PMO setup, talent acquisition mandates, or hiring pipeline design
- Experience generating or closing deals on a commission only basis
- Networks in HR, Talent Acquisition, PMO, consulting, executive search, corporate transformation, or founder networks in the GCC
- Ability to generate leads through existing relationships, outreach, partnerships, referrals, or agency network

About the Role
- We are looking for business development partners who can open doors into companies across Dubai and the wider GCC.
- DENOISE is an early stage consulting firm working across HR Transformation, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Execution.
- We plug into transformation programs as a lean senior delivery layer: structured thinking, fast execution, no long ramp up, and no added permanent headcount for the client.
Target Opportunities
- Org design / operating model redesign
- Workforce restructuring, job architecture, leveling and grading
- KPI and performance management system overhauls
- PMO setup for transformation programs
- Talent acquisition mandates for senior, specialist, or hard to fill roles
- Hiring pipeline design, role definition, and recruitment process improvement
The Deal
- Commission only and remote friendly across the GCC.
- Full commission once the client pays, not merely on signature, tied to cash collected and scaled to deal size.
