TAM is seeking a Business Development & Operations Senior Associate to join its Riyadh team.

The role combines pipeline growth, proposal development, government client relationships, and operational delivery for advisory projects.

Track public-sector market trends, government procurement portals such as Etimad, and RFPs aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.
Draft and structure technical and financial proposals, pitch decks, and financial models for senior leadership review.
Build and maintain networks with stakeholders across government and semi-government entities.
Assist with the full-cycle sales process, client-meeting research, and negotiations.

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for awarded advisory projects and ensure deliverables and milestones meet quality standards.
