Role Overview
TAM is hiring a Business Development & Operations Senior Associate in Riyadh.
The role combines pipeline growth, proposal development, government client engagement, and operational delivery.
Business Development and Proposal Management
- Track public-sector trends, government procurement portals such as Etimad, and relevant Vision 2030 RFPs.
- Draft technical and financial proposals, pitch decks, and financial models.
- Build networks with government and semi-government stakeholders.
- Support sales activities, client-meeting research, and negotiations.
Operational Execution and Project Delivery
- Coordinate daily operational activities for awarded advisory projects.
- Ensure deliverables and milestones meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with delivery, legal, and finance teams from proposal award through project execution.
