Role Overview
Zeoof Food Company is seeking an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager.
The role combines restaurant operational leadership, commercial development, performance management, and strategic planning to support company growth.
Location
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest experience.
- Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Monitor restaurant KPIs, sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and overall financial performance.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, concepts, and potential expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Work with Finance, HR, Marketing, Culinary, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
