Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from parents and students via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule trial classes
- Coordinate with tutors regarding class schedules and availability
- Assist with student registrations and onboarding
- Update and maintain customer records using Google Sheets or CRM software
- Support social media content posting and basic digital marketing activities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
