Role Overview
Spark Integrated Services is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports revenue growth across hospitality, facilities management, manpower, and integrated services solutions.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the company's service lines.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, email outreach, and other activities.
- Build relationships with clients, decision-makers, and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
Sales and Commercial Execution
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline and work toward assigned business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Coordination and Records
- Coordinate with Operations and Management to support successful client onboarding and service delivery.
