Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients for fire alarm, firefighting, fire suppression, low current, and maintenance services
- Promote preventive and corrective maintenance services and annual maintenance contracts
- Contact facility managers, contractors, consultants, and end users
- Arrange client meetings and site visits when needed
- Present company services in a professional and clear way
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, inquiries, and client requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client needs and prepare proper follow ups
- Support marketing activities related to maintenance services and life safety systems
- Maintain client records and prepare regular follow up reports
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in fire protection, MEP, maintenance, facilities management, construction, or technical services preferred
- Ability to understand and explain technical services
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow up skills
- Good Arabic and English communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driving license preferred

Overview
- We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to support our company’s growth in fire alarm, firefighting, fire suppression and technical maintenance services.
- The main focus is to identify new business opportunities, promote annual maintenance contracts, communicate with facility managers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients, and support the company in building long term client relationships.
- The candidate will be responsible for searching for potential clients, arranging meetings, presenting company services, following up on inquiries and proposals, coordinating with the technical team, and supporting marketing activities.
