We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to develop and manage a high-performing marketing team.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, manage SEO and digital advertising campaigns, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase company growth and revenue.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, and other online marketing channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Improve brand visibility and online presence across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership personality with team management experience.
- Proven experience in developing and managing digital marketing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads (PPC Campaigns)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Advertising
- SEO Tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Email Marketing Platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot
- WordPress CMS
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Skills Required
