About the Role
KB Agriculture, a premium Mediterranean food brand, seeks a Business Development & Marketing Executive in Dubai. You will drive sales across e-commerce, retail, and HORECA channels while supporting digital and brand marketing.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities across online marketplaces and e commerce channels
- Identify and approach supermarkets, gourmet stores, specialty food shops, and independent retailers
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and distributors
- Support expansion into modern retail chains and traditional grocery stores
- Prepare quotations and invoices, follow up on payments, and coordinate deliveries
- Coordinate social media activities, content planning, and influencer collaborations
- Assist in organizing product launches, promotional campaigns, and in store activations
- Plan and execute exhibitions and trade shows
- Support marketplace marketing initiatives and develop POS materials
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, and prepare weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Experience in the FMCG or food industry is highly preferred
- Experience working with retailers or HORECA clients is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Self motivated and target driven
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and attending client meetings
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

- We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results driven Business Development & Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities Sales
- Manage daily sales activities across online marketplaces and e commerce channels.
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and special offers.
- Monitor stock availability and product listings.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with marketplaces and fulfillment partners.
- Identify and approach supermarkets, gourmet stores, specialty food shops, and independent retailers.
- Generate leads and arrange sales meetings.
- Present products and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build long term relationships with retail buyers.
- Follow up until onboarding and first orders.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and distributors.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations.
Key Responsibilities Marketing
- Coordinate social media activities.
- Assist in content planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns.
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate in store activations and sampling activities.
- Support trade marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with distributors and retail partners on joint marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions.
- Coordinate participation in food expos and trade shows.
- Represent the company during events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
