Role Purpose

  • As a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Alkazim, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and driving the firm's content and marketing presence. You will play a dual role; supporting revenue growth across the firm's service lines wh

Key Responsibilities Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client pitches
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and industry forums to promote the firm
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets and business development goals

Key Responsibilities Marketing

  • Own and manage the firm's LinkedIn presence and other relevant social media channels
  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with the firm's BD priorities and target sectors
  • Create and publish content including regulatory updates, service explainers and thought leadership pieces
  • Maintain and distribute firm credibility assets including accreditations, team profiles and case studies
  • Coordinate with the SEO function to ensure content supports organic visibility goals
  • Track campaign performance and report on marketing activity and outcomes

Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into clients
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of client needs and service delivery
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Based in the UAE with good knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in professional services (audit, tax, consulting, or advisory) preferred
