Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach for our women’s fashion e-commerce brand.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and increasing revenue through innovative growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to grow brand revenue.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, influencers, marketplaces, and retail partners to expand brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for strategic growth planning.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in executing campaigns, promotions, and conversion-focused initiatives.

Key Skills And Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of digital commerce platforms, fashion industry trends, and customer acquisition strategies.
