Overview
- We're looking for someone in the UAE who can open doors.
- MaaK builds custom websites, web apps, and mobile applications for businesses that need real digital infrastructure.
- We've shipped products across education, media, AI, and business intelligence, and we're growing.
- What we need now is someone on the ground (or rather, in the market) who can bring the right clients to the table.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and closing new business.
- Building relationships with decision makers.
- Understanding what a potential client actually needs and connecting that to what we build.
- You'll own lead generation, develop market entry strategies for the UAE, and be the person who turns conversations into partnerships.
- This isn't a 'submit reports and attend 12 standups a week' role. You'll manage your own schedule and work independently. Results are what matter here.
You're probably a good fit if
- You've done B2B sales or business development before — ideally in tech or software — and you know the UAE market well enough to know who's actually buying and who's just browsing.
- You can negotiate, communicate clearly, and build trust without hand holding.
Compensation
- Base retainer of 1,000 AED/month with performance based incentives when you exceed targets.
- The base is modest the upside isn't.
- This works best as a side engagement or for someone building their BD portfolio alongside other work.
