Element is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and grow strategic customer relationships throughout the Southwest region.
The role is based out of Element’s Tempe, Arizona laboratory.
Business Development
- Expand business across aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, industrial, and advanced technology markets.
- Promote environmental simulation, dynamics, and EMI/EMC testing capabilities.
- Work with engineering, program management, and procurement stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Element Tempe
Element Tempe supports commercial and military customers from early-stage research and development through design verification, qualification, and compliance testing.
Requirements
- Ability to develop and grow strategic customer relationships throughout the Southwest region.
- Ability to engage engineering, program management, and procurement stakeholders.
- Familiarity with environmental simulation, dynamics, and EMI/EMC testing capabilities.
