Role Overview
ALHUSN Multi Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on technical sales in Riyadh.
The role develops new business opportunities, manages client and consultant relationships, and drives sales growth in technical and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote technical products, solutions, and services to contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
- Manage client and strategic partner relationships, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Follow projects from early design through award and execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for project delivery.
- Monitor markets and competitors, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in water and pumping, fire protection, MEP, safety and security, construction, or infrastructure.
- Strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners in Saudi Arabia.
