Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts

• Represent Tauck at industry events, conferences, trade shows, roadshows, Tauck Academies, and partner meetings.
• Plan and execute advisor-facing events that generate new sales opportunities.
• Leverage company-sponsored programs and events to deepen advisor engagement and drive measurable results.
• Support key partner events and strategic growth initiatives.

• Build trusted relationships with advisors, franchise owners, agency managers and agency leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with key advisors and growth-focused partners.
• Serve as a visible and accessible Tauck representative within assigned accounts.
• Coach advisors to identify sales opportunities, build confidence selling Tauck, and grow their business.
• Identify emerging trends, advisor needs, and competitive threats.

• Track advisor activity, engagement, and growth opportunities through CRM and reporting tools.
• Measure advisor engagement, training participation, sales performance, and activation metrics to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives.
• Collaborate with Strategic NAMs to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account engagement, and growth initiatives.

• 3–7 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence sales outcomes.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Experience delivering sales training, educational programs, coaching, or advisor development initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
