About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Staffing and Recruitment business across the Middle East region.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our recruitment services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing and Recruitment Solutions across the Middle East.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients with hiring requirements across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of staffing and recruitment opportunities.
  • Meet decision makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Promote staffing services including Permanent Hiring, Contract to Hire, Temporary Staffing, Project Based Hiring, and RPO solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closure of positions and client satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage key client accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands within the Middle East region.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development within Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Consulting.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with clients across the Middle East region is preferred.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
