Business Development Manager – Specialist Construction

Plus Prime Building Contracting LLC, known as “Building Doctors,” provides specialist structural repair, strengthening, waterproofing and building restoration services.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with an engineering background to develop new business, build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to sell on technical value and service quality.

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the UAE construction market.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, contractors and facilities management companies.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with estimation and operations teams to develop suitable proposals.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and client meetings through negotiation and contract award.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity plans and performance reports.
• Report to the Managing Director and take accountability for measurable results.
