- Develop and execute marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
- Create and manage engaging content to promote clinic services and special offers
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate patient inquiries and bookings
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data driven decisions
- Manage online reputation, reviews, and patient engagement
- Generate new patient leads and increase clinic revenue
- Develop partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, and local businesses
- Identify new market opportunities for cosmetic dermatology, dental, and plastic surgery services
- Coordinate promotional events, awareness campaigns, and marketing activations
- Track lead conversion from inquiry to consultation and treatment
- Follow up on social media inquiries and digital leads
- Work closely with reception and sales teams to maximize appointment conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and business development
- Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dental, healthcare, or medical clinics is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
