Prestige Furniture seeks a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of flooring solutions, focusing on Hand-tufted and Axminster carpets for hospitality and commercial projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the Hospitality and Commercial flooring sector
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including hotels, designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead generation, Client meetings, Product presentations, Quotations, Negotiations, and Closing
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers in the UAE market
- Track ongoing projects, follow up on tenders, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communication
- Provide regular market feedback to management regarding competitors, pricing, and new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of proven experience in flooring/carpet sales in the UAE market
- Strong knowledge of Hand tufted, Axminster, and Printed carpets
- Proven background in Flooring solutions (Hospitality & Commercial sectors)
- Strong experience handling B2B clients
- Established connections with Interior designers, Fit out contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Property Developers in the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects, meet targets, and deliver results under deadlines
- Self motivated, strategic thinker, and team player
- UAE Driving License is must
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
