Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities for Security Guard / Lifeguard Cleaning services across UAE
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, and market outreach
- Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, hotels, facilities management companies, and government entities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations, lifeguard standards, company policies, and HSE requirements
- Support HSE compliance, risk assessments, and safety/security training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years Dubai experience in Security Guard and/or Lifeguard Services business development
- Proven track record in securing manpower and service contracts in Dubai
- Strong client network within Dubai market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai security industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and proposal preparation
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
