Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of secured lending products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans (BL).
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end loan documentation, processing, and customer onboarding.
- Proficiency in customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Familiarity with banking operations, credit assessment principles, and financial product lifecycle management.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital documentation platforms.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
