The position supports client acquisition, relationship growth, sales activities, marketing initiatives, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Support lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Assist with marketing campaign development.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate internally to align services with client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support sales and marketing performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform business development and sales activities, including lead generation, outreach, and relationship management.
- Experience supporting campaign coordination, social media activities, and content promotion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with persuasive presentation ability.
- Organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used in sales, marketing, and online communication.
- Digital agency, content creation, or social media experience is an advantage.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies are preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are beneficial.
