Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and achieving assigned revenue targets
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Understand customer business needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with their objectives
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular CRM updates
- Conduct client presentations, product/service demonstrations, and business discussions
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support market expansion strategies across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman regions
Requirements
- Arabic speaking candidate preferred
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- 5–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales
- Strong experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently

Job Overview

- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The candidate should be confident in engaging with enterprise clients, understanding business requirements, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Pay
- QAR 2,492.67 QAR 8,778.99 per month
